Are you in Need of a Reliable HVACR Service Company?

A Company that Takes Pride in it's Work?

Is your Equipment Unreliable?

You Probably Need a Preventive Maintenance Program with Champion Heating & Cooling

Why Have a Commercial Preventive Maintenance Program?

The objective of a Preventive Maintenance program is to prevent your Heating, Air Conditioning or Refrigeration Equipment from having frequent failure. This objective can be accomplished by maintaining proper operations with regular scheduled maintenance and cleaning. Faulty operation, failing parts, or lack of lubrication can create equipment failure that will in turn, cause unscheduled loss of equipment, unscheduled loss of production, or the unscheduled loss or use of an area in the facility. Many times these failures necessitate major repairs and lead to expensive emergency service work.

The most common cause of failure for HVACR equipment that we encounter is simply from lack of cleaning. If condenser and evaporator coils are not cleaned and air filters replaced regularly then they will eventually cause equipment failure. A simple refrigerant pipe leak undetected for a short period can cause loss of refrigerant, equipment failure or even compressor failure.

These are only a few examples of why a skilled service technician is so important to maintaining the proper operation of your valuable equipment. Having and maintaining a preventive maintenance schedule now saves big repairs and expenses in the future. We can help you avoid those Expensive Emergency Service Calls !
